Americana Las Vegas Introduces Champagne by the Lake with Sunday Soiree

Champagne and sparkling wine go beyond Sunday brunch with Americana Las Vegas’ new Sunday Soirée. The celebrated lakeside restaurant will offer half-priced bottles of champagne and sparkling wines starting at 4 p.m. every Sunday.

Sunday Soirée selections, available anywhere in the restaurant, patio and bar, include Beau Joie Brut Special Cuvee, priced at $40; Avissi Prosecco for $35.50; and Brandini Moscato d’ Asti, priced at $20. Owner and Chef Stephen Blandino suggests pairing the sparkling wines and champagnes with market oysters served with coconut sorbet, Thai chili and cucumber or served naked with champagne mignonette, priced at $21; charred New York strip steak served with pickled ramps and bone marrow, priced at $49 and grilled octopus with celery root, cilantro and poblano pepper, priced at $15.
