Andiron Steak & Sea, located at Downtown Summerlin, is seeking energetic, determined and seasoned individuals to fill all front and back-of-house hourly positions.

Andiron is the newest venture from the team behind Honey Salt, Made L.V., Buddy V’s Ristorante and Simon Restaurant & Lounge. Chosen candidates will have ample opportunity for growth within the team.

Andiron Steak & Sea is looking to fill the following positions:

  • Line Cooks
  • Pastry Cooks
  • Stewards/Dishwashers
  • Hostesses
  • Servers
  • Food Runners
  • Bartenders


  • Front of House positions: 3-5 years of experience in fine dining or steakhouse-style restaurants. Experience with team service a plus. Strong beverage and wine knowledge required. Ability to deliver friendly and outgoing service while being a team player. Strong interest in food and knowledge of cooking techniques.
  • Kitchen positions: 3-5 years of experience in upscale, busy restaurant. Hot line experience a must, culinary school a plus. Hard worker who has a passion for the food industry. Team player who can work in a clean and organized manner.
  • All positions: Ability to work AM or PM shifts. Ability to work well in fast-paced environment. Food Handler Certified (TAM certified for select positions). Fluent in English.

The Andiron Job Fair will take place Monday, January 19 & Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Downtown Summerlin, above BCBG/True Religion. The address is 1985 Festival Plaza Drive, Ste 205.

From the team behind acclaimed neighborhood favorites Honey Salt and Made L.V., Andiron Steak & Sea will bring a fine dining element to the Westside of Las Vegas, paying homage to all things grilled, roasted, shucked and seared. Designed by Thomas Schlesser’s Design Bureaux, Inc., the restaurant will feature a bright dining room with light woods and floral patterns giving Andiron a decidedly feminine twist.
