Benihana Inc., the nation’s leading operator of Japanese theme and sushi restaurants, has announced its latest featured menu item, USDA Prime Sirloin Steak, which will be available exclusively at its restaurants beginning this October.
Their USDA Prime Sirloin Steak features a 6.5 oz. top sirloin cut seared to each guest’s preference, then sliced and served with sautéed mushrooms in rich garlic butter for only $24.99.
This newest entrée joins three other featured menu items that were introduced in September. The Striped Bass with Yuzu Sauce entrée features a grilled striped bass fillet served atop a bed of fresh asparagus and shitake mushrooms, and garnished with a creamy yuzu sauce with citrusy flavors for $24. Two new sushi rolls, the Green with Envy Roll and Rising Sun Roll, are also sure to please palates and are each available for $8.
