Carmine’s Las Vegas 1 Year Anniversary Dinner

Thank you again to Carmine’s Las Vegas for the invitation to check out your wonderful restaurant. I enjoyed your grand opening feast, as well as your 1 Year Anniversary feast last night.

When I say feast, I’m not joking. The food just kept coming. And the service, impeccable as always. When you were done with your plate, it was removed without asking. They even served the food to you from the main dish. I’ve been to Carmine’s Las Vegas four times now and have never had a bad experience.

The at least 50 foot long table I sat at included many people from the Las Vegas media industry. It was great to eat great food, while chatting with familiar faces and meeting new people.

The dishes we got to sample did not stop coming out. Here’s a list of everything we had:

Cold Antipasto, Spicy Scarpariello Wings, Caesar Salad, Fried Calamari, Spaghetti with Meatballs, Rigatoni Country Style, Chicken Marsala, and Eggplant Parmigiana. For desert, they brought out the Titanic and Bread Pudding.
