Celebrity Chef Kerry Simon’s award-winning downtown Las Vegas restaurant, Carson kitchen, will celebrate New Year’s Eve with a prix fixe menu prepared by executive chef Matt Andrews on Wednesday, Dec. 31 from 5 to 10 p.m.
The New Year’s Eve menu will be a five course meal priced at $99 per couple and will have an optional wine pairing priced at $25 per person. The dinner will begin with devil’s eggs and killer shrimp appetizers, followed by the newly-introduced persimmon & pear salad. The third course will be a seasonal steelhead trout accompanied by a house-made country bacon relish. For the entreé course, diners will choose the cocoa-espresso New York strip steak or the pork belly carbonara with a side of the rainbow cauliflower. The menu will conclude with sweet potato pie in a jar.
The menu will also include a complimentary glass of wine or champagne per person .Carson Kitchen’s daily menu items will also be available for purchase.
