Enclave’s team of experienced professionals, along with Lagasse’s team of chefs, have designed exclusive plated coursed dinners, special events menus and custom tray-passed hors d’oeuvres designed to meet the needs of Enclave’s diverse clientele. Chef Emeril Lagasse is the chef/proprietor of 12 restaurants in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Orlando, Miramar Beach, FL and Bethlehem, PA.
