In response to the news of layoffs at MGM Resorts International, Branden Powers, Creator and Managing Partner of Evel Pie, is offering support to those affected in the way of free pizza.
On Tuesday April 30 from 2-6 p.m., Evel Pie will offer a free cheese or pepperoni slice and fountain drink or draft beer to any recently laid off former MGM employee plus immediate family (up to four members) with valid “notification summary,” and valid ID.
“We realize this is a tough hit for a lot of our friends in the local community,” said Powers, “and we just wanted to offer something so they know that they’re not alone.”
Evel Pie and sister venue The Golden Tiki also both offer ongoing 25% discounts to all teachers and first responders including Police, Fire and Ambulance personnel, with valid ID. Management reserves all rights.
