The highly anticipated champagne lounge and bar, FIZZ Las Vegas, is now open inside Caesars Palace Las Vegas. Positioned between The Colosseum at Caesars Palace and Forum Shops at Caesars, FIZZ Las Vegas brings a new energy to the main floor of the popular hotel and casino. Owners Steve Kennedy and Michael Greco of Marvel Management and Marketing have worked alongside Creative Director David Furnish and Designer Todd-Avery Lenahan (TAL Studio) to create a unique, intimate space.
FIZZ Las Vegas features a selection of high-end champagnes by the glass and carefully-curated spirits. Working with Furnish and Sir Elton John’s personal chef, exquisite choices of caviar, gourmet paninis and small plates compliment the beverage selection.
The 2,750-square-foot lounge celebrates the crossroad between champagne and couture cocktail offerings with art, fashion and design. A $3 million build out of the intimate space conveys the detail and attention given to FIZZ Las Vegas from the finishing details to the layout of the room. The entry way welcomes guests into a fashionable two-story space rendered in warm hues of champagne, cognac , copper and ivory all to compliment Elton and Furnish’s extraordinary colored photography collection. The room’s silk moiré and walnut walls shimmer from the sparkle and glow of cognac chandeliers that crown the airy interior. Bronze glass, cream leathers, faux fur and cheetah will complete the finish palette that recalls the original interior fashions of Caesars Palace in the late ’60s and early ’70s with a spirit entirely reimagined for today by Lenahan. Throughout the space, the seating compositions will accommodate FIZZ Las Vegas’ transition from daytime chic to its nighttime peak when guests will see and be seen in a setting that is simultaneously glamorous and relaxed.

Food service daily from opening until 11 p.m.
This fresh and smooth cocktail features a pleasing blend of cherries, fresh lemon juice, Grey Goose Cherry Noir and Rock Candy Syrup topped with brut champagne.
Also known as “the peanut butter and jelly cocktail” features Belvedere Black Raspberry vodka, Toschi Walnut liqueur, Pallini Raspicello raspberry liqueur with a fresh raspberry puree and real peanut butter rim.

The Lobster Summer Roll
Fresh Maine lobster tossed in a Thai chili and garlic aioli, opal basil and glass noodle salad rolled in rice paper and served with a chili and coriander vinaigrette.
Caramel mousse, vervain crème, topped with hazelnut brittle and white chocolate dust.
