La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway Celebrates Valentine’s Day

Morton Group’s La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will set the mood with a romantic dinner in honor of Valentine’s Day from Thursday, Feb. 14 through Sunday, Feb. 17.

The featured entrée for the occasion will be Australian Wagyu Strip Loin, prepared by executive chef, William DeMarco, priced at $32. The steak dinner will be complemented by baby artichokes and balsamic maitake mushrooms. A recommended wine pairing for the dinner is 2010 Sotor, Mineral Springs Brut Rosé, Yamhill-Carlton, OR.

The Morton Group, owned by famed restaurateurs Michael and Jenna Morton, introduced La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway in 2010 to bring the exploration of wine and flavorful cuisine together in an intimate atmosphere. La Cave has been recognized as “one of the things Vegas needs more of” by Haute Living Magazine and has received the “Wine Spectator Award of Excellence” in 2014 for its extensive wine list.
