Fadil El Ghoul, better known by his stage name R3hab, is a Dutch DJ and record producer of Moroccan and Algerian origin. Alongside Afrojack and Chuckie, R3hab is one of the proponents of the modern “Dutch house” subgenre, although his style and sound at the time were usually darker, somewhat reminiscent of early psytrance or gabber compositions. During the 2012 WMC in Miami, USA, R3hab won the IDMA Best Breakthrough Artist Award.
R3hab began his career in late 2008 while producing the track ‘Mrkrstft’ with Hardwell. One of the main influences R3hab has listed is the duo Infected Mushroom, whose music has been on the international scene since 1999.
R3hab has remixed for artists like Lady Gaga, Madonna, LMFAO, Jennifer Lopez, Calvin Harris, Kaskade, Far East Movement, Pitbull, David Guetta, Dada Life, Havana Brown and Katy Perry.
His most notable releases to date are ‘Pump The Party’ produced together with Ferruccio Salvo, ‘The Bottle Song’, released on Wall Recordings and ‘Prutataaa’, which was R3hab’s first collaboration with Afrojack.
R3hab was signed by internationally-known DJ and record producer, Afrojack, to his Wall Recordings imprint and is quoted as being “one of its biggest talents”.
In 2012, R3hab started his own weekly radioshow on SiriusXM, titled “I NEED R3HAB”.
R3hab has played in clubs around the world, in countries like the USA, Spain, Belgium, Greece, Switzerland, Germany, Indonesia, France, Australia, England and the Caribbean; Pacha being one of his favorites.

Nightlife in its purest form is rebellion… a rebellion against the social status quo through an unbridled celebration of sight, sound, scene and form. It’s that very philosophy that is at the core of what LiFE represents. It’s not about creating another Vegas nightclub; it’s about fostering a movement that rebels against the one-dimensional norm that has come to define nightlife. For far too long, the party has been about just the entertainment and LiFE defies that convention, knowing the real essence of the party is its people.
