Rebelution is a rock, world, and reggae band formed in Santa Barbara, California. Current members of Rebelution are Eric Rachmany, Rory Carey, Wesley Finley, Marley D Williams, and Khris Royal.
Originally formed in 2004, Rebelution continues to create inspiring and engaging music, which leaves its listeners with the sense that they have the power to make the world a better place. This message is so powerful that it has enabled the band to develop into a front-runner for grassroots, independent and tour-driven music groups around the world. Having previously enjoyed four top 10 albums on the Reggae chart, Rebelution’s most recent release, Peace of Mind, finds itself at a crossroad – debuting at No. 13 on the Billboard Top 200, No. 1 in Reggae and No. 1 in the Independent Albums charts. The new album builds upon the band’s signature style while venturing into new musical genres never before tackled.
Rebelution has formed a large, ever-growing, and dedicated fan base by staying genuinely connected with fans through social media, after-show parties, street teams and charitable events, just to name a few. The band tours heavily and now plays 100-120 shows a year. Tours have taken them to South America, Guam, Aruba, New Zealand and Europe. They’ve performed at many world renowned music festivals including Bonnaroo, Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival, Glastonbury Festival, Lollapalooza, Hangout Music Festival, and Austin City Limits Music Festival. They’ve headlined and sold out Red Rocks and the Santa Barbara Bowl, and have done all this with no backing from any major label and very little media support. – Wikipedia
