Following its successful opening at Paris Las Vegas, Martoranos is now open daily for lunch. The lunch menu includes twelve items, including several Steve Martorano classics, as well as fresh, exclusive additions. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
In true Martorano fashion, the lunch menu features South Philly classics like the Philly Cheese Steak, made with prime rib-eye, caramelized onions, white American cheese on a crisp Italian roll and the 9th Street Hoagie with prosciutto San Daniele, Aurrichio Provolone and Roasted Peppers. The lunch menu also showcases several of Steve’s famous macaronis, always prepared perfectly al dente. The Bucatini Carbonara, also found on the dinner menu, is a fan favorite served with pancetta, egg, cream, black pepper, D.O.C. Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese.
Exclusive to its Paris Las Vegas location, the lunch menu also offers an exciting variety of thin crust pizza made with the most authentic Italian ingredients, like Pepperoni Pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, salame piccante, and homemade mozzarella. While the pizzas will not be available during dinner service, those looking for an after-hours bite to eat will be treated to the full pizza offerings on the late night menu, available from 11 p.m. to 12 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 12 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
Of course, Martoranos diverse cocktail menu will also be available during lunch, featuring the Philly signature Water Ice cocktails, with flavors including Cherry, Lemon and Coconut.
Martoranos Supper Club, an exciting club-like atmosphere kicks off at 9 p.m. each night, features a state-of-the-art sound system pumping out anything from classic R&B, Disco and slow jams, to today’s Top 40s and Hip-Hop, with the center of the restaurant quickly turning into a dance floor, perfect for cutting a rug. The nucleus of the restaurant lies just between the bar and the kitchen in the form of an elaborate Disco Ball chandelier, illuminating and reflecting the multicolored lighting system.
Martoranos Paris Las Vegas joins the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino location as well as Steve Martorano’s other restaurant locations in Atlantic City and Fort Lauderdale.
