Sweeten up summer at Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, with fresh, new cocktails, available now through the end of summer.
New Summer Coolers include:
- The Peach Ginger Cooler: made with Stoli peach, peach Schnapps, fresh, house-made lemonade, organic simple syrup prepared with peach, ginger and mint and garnished with a peach
- The Raspberry Vanilla Cooler: made with Stoli raspberry, organic simple syrup prepared with confectioner’s sugar, raspberry, and Kentucky bourbon vanilla mixed with soda water and fresh lemonade, garnished with a raspberry and lemon
- The Blueberry Lemon Spritzer: made with Stoli blueberry, fresh lemonade, soda water, organic Meyer lemon simple syrup and garnished with lemon and blueberries.
Each cocktail is priced at $11.
