Blue Man Group unveils its one-of-a-kind, foot-tapping (literally) installation during Zappos’ annual Bald and Blue fundraiser at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 14. Entitled ShoeZaphone, the sneaker-happy fixture encourages passersby to experiment and show their “sole” by creating a custom video display and soundtrack. The playful attraction will be permanently located in the lobby of Zappos’ downtown campus and symbolizes the developing partnership between Blue Man Group and the retailer.
During the event, a Zappos representative will give a quick remark on the on-going partnership between the companies and present the never-before-seen ShoeZaphone. In addition, the three Blue Men will be on hand to partake in the unveiling with their signature antics and crowd interaction.
Symbolizing a developing partnership, Blue Man Group’s ShoeZaphone will integrate into Zappos’ campus tours, taking thousands of patrons on a wacky journey through the imagination that defines both companies. Blue Man Group, a Las Vegas staple with an open-minded vision on technology, change, learning and culture, looks forward to partnering with Zappos.
