Guests who dine at STK Las Vegas July 4th-6th will exchange standard picnic park views with the sexy ambiance of STK’s curvilinear black décor and will ditch the sounds of birds chirping for seductive sounds by DJ Mike Attack as STK celebrates our nation’s freedom with an indoor patriotic picnic.
For $40, patriotic patrons can enjoy STK’s “Fourth of July Picnic” dinner with signature menu items including crispy chicken, potato salad and corn-on-the-cob, with vanilla cheesecake with strawberry compote and fresh blueberries ($12) available for dessert.
Dinner guests and bar guests will also be able to show their American pride with the red, white and blue “Blaze of Glory” cocktail ($18), hand-crafted with Absolut Elyx and Cranberry Red Bull with blue pop rocks atop the rim of the glass, for the perfect “pop” for the celebratory evening.

Executive Chef Stephen Hopcraft mans the kitchen of the high-energy venue making a home for New York’s trendy eatery on the infamous Las Vegas Strip. As anticipated, steak is the main attraction. With a female-friendly mindset, STK offers small, medium and large cuts of meat, as well as naturally raised options and market fresh fish entrees. Aside from steak, signature items include Parmesan Truffle Fries; Lil’ BRGs; Shrimp Rice Krispies; Sweet Corn Pudding; and Jump Lump Crab Salad.
