Wine Amplified Festival
This year’s wine-tasting and music festival will be a high-energy, interactive experience that revolutionizes the way wine is presented, perceived and enjoyed. The venue will be transformed into a sublime slice of wine country featuring more than 60 wineries, 150 wines and 20 craft beers. Additional highlights and details include a hidden speakeasy, barrel tasting, grape stomping, libation lounge and a wide-variety of food truck options. This year’s festival will be a completely cashless event utilizing the latest in radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology. Patrons will be able to load money on their RFID wristbands and use it to purchase wine, beer, food and festival merchandise.
“We continue striving to make this annual weekend the premier wine and music festival in the country,” said Chris Hammond, Rock ‘n Roll Wine Founder. “It’s the ultimate event for wine and music enthusiasts alike and due to its success we’re expanding to create an even bigger and better experience for our fans.”
American rock band Train is set to headline the festival Friday, Oct. 10 at 10:30 p.m. The two-time GRAMMY Award-winning band will perform its most popular hits including “Meet Virginia,” “Drops of Jupiter (Tell Me)” and “Hey, Soul Sister,” among others.
